  • Bills ( for gas, electric, water, WiFi ) are equally shared by the group of 5
  • All bills are paid directly by ‘you/group’ to the respective utilities either monthly or quarterly
  • All incl. “uncapped” gas, electric, water, WiFi bill options fr £23 pppw with UniHomes/Split the Bills/Bunch, where the group sign up to the respective provider’s 9,10,11 or 12 months contract

Process Overview:

  • To hold a room :
    • confirmation and proof of Citizenship or International status with UK Home Office right to rent being passed

    • a Holding fee is paid (1 weeks rent) with an agreed contract completion date
  • Homelet Referencing links are emailed for completion to you and your guarantor (if you are paying the 3 termly instalments) together with guidelines on proof of identity and residency required for this process.
  • Subject to both student AND gurantor passing the Homelet referencing
    • tenancy contracts are prepared for signature by both student and guarantor
  • Contracts & monies signing
    1. the tenancy and contracts must be signed by BOTH student and guarantor
    2. the 1st instalment OR the FULL 11/12 month tenancy contract term monies must be received as cleared funds by bank transfer
    3. the deposit of £480 by bank transfer
  • Subject to 1,2 & 3 being completed,  contracts are then finalised.
  • Check-in date and time scheduled

The house meets ALL regulatory compliance standards – for Gas, Electrical, Fire, Safety and Licensing. These are continuously reviewed & updated as per emerging regulatory requirements.

All bedrooms have single beds only (double beds are not permitted).
