- UK & International students MUST have a Homelet UK acceptable guarantor to pay termly, otherwise rent is paid in full in advance. NOTE: These are the ONLY 2 options.
- ALL International students will need to have their BRP process completed and either share their BRP share code (if already in the UK) or a Home Office official letter confirming their BRP is approved (if they are not already in the UK). Only those international students whom can provide a valid BRP share code for verification or whom PASS the UK Home Office Right to rent checking service process will be considered as per UK Home Office legal requirements.
- Bills ( for gas, electric, water, WiFi ) are equally shared by the group of 5
- All bills are paid directly by ‘you/group’ to the respective utilities either monthly or quarterly
- All incl. “uncapped” gas, electric, water, WiFi bill options fr £23 pppw with UniHomes/Split the Bills/Bunch, where the group sign up to the respective provider’s 9,10,11 or 12 months contract
- NOTE: You will need to complete a pre-qualification checklist, before a viewing can be scheduled.

Process Overview:

- a Holding fee is paid (1 weeks rent) with an agreed contract completion date
- Homelet Referencing links are emailed for completion to you and your guarantor (if you are paying the 3 termly instalments) together with guidelines on proof of identity and residency required for this process.

- tenancy contracts are prepared for signature by both student and guarantor
- Contracts & monies signing
- the tenancy and contracts must be signed by BOTH student and guarantor
- the 1st instalment OR the FULL 11/12 month tenancy contract term monies must be received as cleared funds by bank transfer
- the deposit of £480 by bank transfer
- Subject to 1,2 & 3 being completed, contracts are then finalised.

The house meets ALL regulatory compliance standards – for Gas, Electrical, Fire, Safety and Licensing. These are continuously reviewed & updated as per emerging regulatory requirements.
All bedrooms have single beds only (double beds are not permitted).
