On Wednesday 3rd April, PAL hosted a training event focused on dealing with problematic tenancies. The course began by touching upon the new HMO licensing before going into detail regarding tenancy management regulations.
Pal would like to thank all the landlords and letting agents that attended and helped to create a great atmosphere, we hope that everyone found it as informative as us!
