This property is located in Chennells, a short walk from both De Havilland and College Lane campuses, near to the Galleria, and with the Co-op on Bishops Rise less than 5 minutes away.

There are 4 rooms at the property, 1 double and 3 single. The rent for the entire property next academic year is £1760pcm inclusive of bills. This is calculated on the basis of £1520 rent and £240 ( or £60 each) for bills.  You may choose to split the cost of the rooms equally ( £380 a month for each room ) or alternatively the student taking the double room may pay more. A suggestion would be pay £400 ( double), £360( small single) and £380 for the larger two single rooms.

All rooms are furnished with bed, desk and chair, drawers and  wardrobe.

The gas and electricity, water bills and broadband charges are all included in the rent.  As this is a student house, a council tax exemption certificate is required  ( available through the university student services). The rooms are let on an Assured Shorthold Tenancy Agreements for a minimum of a 11 month period ( 1 September – 31 July).  Any tenants wishing to take the house for a subsequent year can stay rent free in August.

The house also has a communal kitchen, with plenty of cupboard and fridge/ freezer space for each tenant, a communal lounge with sofa and tub chair and a patio plus garden.

The property is owned and managed by a PAL accredited landlord.   Certificates for annual gas safety inspection, fire alarm and emergency lighting inspection and electrical testing are all available to view.
